Set in 1970s Sweden, Don't Cut My Wings, Mama! follows a single mother and her teenage daughter as they struggle between love, resentment, and the daughter’s desire for freedom. When she is accepted into a remote dance academy, a heated argument drives her to flee before sunrise, forcing both mother and daughter to confront their fears of separation and letting go.

An intimate drama about freedom, trust, and the painful necessity of letting go.

Don't Cut My Wings, Mama! is our first production and has been recognized by four international film festivals, receiving an Award Winner distinction at the Five Continents International Film Festival, an Honorable Mention at the Athens International Monthly Art Film Festival, and Official Selections at the AXD Film Festival and Hobnobben Film Festival.
